My first goal as an attorney representing clients charged with a criminal charge in Orange Beach Municipal Court is to keep them from having a conviction. Assault 3rd Degree

 You can be sentenced up to 6 months in jail.

 You can be sentenced up to 6 months in jail.  
Domestic Violence 3rd Degree
Up to $500
 You can be sentenced up to 6 months in jail.  
Theft of Property 3rd Degree
Up to $1,000
 You can be sentenced up to 6 months in jail.
